Before the session
We’ll clarify what the photographs need to support, whether for your website, social media, professional profile, marketing materials or creative portfolio. Planning may include location, wardrobe, visual direction and a practical shot list.
During the session
You’ll receive clear guidance with posture, movement and expression while the session remains relaxed and natural. The structure is adapted to the people involved, the locations used and the images required.
After the session
After the session, you will receive a private proofing gallery to select the number of photographs included with your session or collection. Your chosen images are then professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery for the agreed professional and business uses.

A $150 booking retainer confirms your session, with the remaining balance due seven days beforehand.

The priorities, participants and locations are agreed during planning so the available time can be used effectively.

Sessions can take place at your workplace, studio, home office, outdoors, in a hired space or at another suitable location. The best setting will depend on access, available space, lighting, the intended use of the photographs and the scope of your selected collection.
Local travel within the Illawarra is included. Travel outside the Illawarra, or beyond the locations included with your selected collection, may require an additional quote.
Studio or venue hire, location permits, parking, tolls, accommodation and other substantial travel costs are not included unless expressly stated. Any additional costs will be discussed and confirmed before booking.

Yes. The Professional Headshot Session is a 30-minute session that includes five professionally edited photographs.
It is suitable for LinkedIn, websites, staff profiles, email signatures, speaker biographies and professional directories. For personal branding, website content or a more varied image library, the Essential or Narrative Collection will usually be the better fit.

The Professional Headshot Session includes five edited photographs. Essential includes 20, Narrative includes 40 and Signature includes 60.
You will select your final photographs from a private proofing gallery. Additional edited photographs or a complete-gallery upgrade may also be available.

Broader commercial use—including paid advertising, third-party publication, franchise use, resale, packaging, signage and large-scale campaigns—requires an extended licence quoted according to the intended use.

Proofing galleries for the Professional Headshot Session and Essential Collection are delivered within five business days. Narrative proofing galleries are delivered within three business days, while Signature proofing galleries are delivered within 48 hours.
Once your selections are submitted, Headshot and Essential photographs are delivered within seven business days. Narrative and Signature photographs are delivered within five business days.

Yes. The Quarterly Brand Refresh includes four focused sessions across the year, with 15 professionally edited photographs delivered from each session.
It suits businesses needing a consistent supply of current imagery for websites, social media, email marketing, seasonal campaigns, launches and team updates. Larger or more frequent content plans can also be quoted.

Yes. Team headshots, workplace portraits and broader staff imagery can be included in selected collections or added to your session.
The most suitable approach depends on the number of people, the level of consistency required and whether you also need environmental portraits, process imagery or workplace details. Share your approximate team size and intended use, and I’ll recommend the best option.

One reschedule may be arranged with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Unless otherwise agreed, the replacement session must take place within six months of the original date. Sudden illness, unsafe weather, emergencies and other reasonable circumstances will be considered.
For cancellations made more than 14 days before the session, amounts paid will be refunded, less any approved non-recoverable third-party costs or separately agreed pre-production work already completed.
For cancellations made between 14 days and more than 48 hours before the session, the booking retainer will be retained and any remaining amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or failure to attend, will be handled in accordance with the photography agreement and may incur charges reflecting work completed, expenses incurred and the session time reserved.
