A $150 booking retainer confirms your session, with the remaining balance due seven days beforehand.

Yes. The Professional Headshot Session is a 30-minute session that includes five professionally edited photographs.
It is suitable for LinkedIn, websites, staff profiles, email signatures, speaker biographies and professional directories. For personal branding, website content or a more varied image library, the Essential or Narrative Collection will usually be the better fit.

The Professional Headshot Session includes five edited photographs. Essential includes 20, Narrative includes 40 and Signature includes 60.
You will select your final photographs from a private proofing gallery. Additional edited photographs or a complete-gallery upgrade may also be available.

Proofing galleries for the Professional Headshot Session and Essential Collection are delivered within five business days. Narrative proofing galleries are delivered within three business days, while Signature proofing galleries are delivered within 48 hours.
Once your selections are submitted, Headshot and Essential photographs are delivered within seven business days. Narrative and Signature photographs are delivered within five business days.

Yes. The Quarterly Brand Refresh includes four focused sessions across the year, with 15 professionally edited photographs delivered from each session.

Yes. Team headshots, workplace portraits and broader staff imagery can be included in selected collections or added to your session.
The most suitable approach depends on the number of people, the level of consistency required and whether you also need environmental portraits, process imagery or workplace details. Share your approximate team size and intended use, and I’ll recommend the best option.

One reschedule may be arranged with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Unless otherwise agreed, the replacement session must take place within six months of the original date. Sudden illness, unsafe weather, emergencies and other reasonable circumstances will be considered.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the session, amounts paid will be refunded less any approved, non-recoverable third-party costs or separately agreed pre-production work already completed.
For cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before the session, the booking retainer will be retained and any remaining amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will be handled in accordance with the photography agreement and may incur additional charges reflecting work completed, expenses incurred and the session time reserved.
