After the wedding
After the wedding, preview images are delivered first, followed by your complete, professionally edited gallery within the timeframe included with your collection. Albums, fine-art prints and framed artwork can be arranged after delivery.

We’ll discuss the structure of your day, timing, locations, coverage needs and which collection best suits your plans.
3 — Confirm your booking
Your wedding date is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the 25% booking retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
4 — Plan the coverage
Before the wedding, I’ll confirm your timeline, family photograph groupings, key people, locations and coverage priorities.

Enquire once your wedding date and venue are confirmed. For the best availability, particularly for Saturdays and other popular dates, booking 12 to 18 months ahead is recommended.
Shorter-notice enquiries are also welcome, and availability can be checked at any time.

The right collection usually depends on your timeline, guest count, locations, and how much of the day you want documented. Shorter celebrations may suit a smaller collection, while full wedding days with preparation, ceremony, portraits, reception, and speeches are usually better suited to longer coverage.

Travel is included for weddings across Wollongong, the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands and Greater Sydney. Travel outside these areas will be quoted clearly before booking.

An engagement session gives you a relaxed opportunity to become more comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding. It also provides a set of photographs you can use for invitations, your wedding website or other pre-wedding plans.
Engagement sessions are included with the Narrative and Signature Collections and can be added to the Essential Collection.

A second photographer can be helpful for larger weddings, separate preparation locations, tight timelines or additional perspectives during the ceremony and reception. During the planning process, I will let you know if your day is likely to benefit from one.

Yes. Before the wedding, we’ll talk through your ceremony time, locations, family photographs, portraits, reception plans, and the parts of the day that matter most to you. This helps the coverage feel organised without taking over the flow of the day.

Wedding photography continues in most weather conditions, with the approach adjusted calmly as needed. We can make practical use of sheltered areas, indoor spaces, brief weather breaks and soft natural light where available. If portrait plans need to change, I will guide you through the best options on the day.

Each wedding collection includes a minimum number of edited images: 450+ with Essential, 650+ with Narrative and 800+ with Signature. The final gallery size depends on the length, structure and natural flow of the day.

Preview galleries are delivered within 48 to 72 hours, with complete wedding galleries delivered within four to six weeks, depending on your collection.

Yes. The Narrative and Signature Collections include a fine-art wedding album. Additional albums and duplicate parent albums can be arranged after the wedding. Fine-art prints and framed artwork can be purchased through your private online gallery.

No. Your final gallery is carefully selected and professionally edited to provide a clear, consistent record of your wedding day.
RAW files, unedited images, test frames, duplicates and photographs that do not meet Water Cloud Images’ delivery standard are not supplied.

One postponement may be accommodated subject to availability, with the booking retainer transferred to a replacement date within 12 months of the original wedding.
If Water Cloud Images is unavailable for the replacement date, you may choose to proceed with an available associate photographer, accept an agreed credit towards a future booking, or cancel. If you cancel in these circumstances, the retainer remains non-refundable and any amount paid beyond it will be refunded.
Other cancellations are handled according to the notice provided and the terms of your wedding photography agreement. The 25% booking retainer is non-refundable, and additional cancellation charges may apply closer to the wedding date.

In the unlikely event that I cannot attend due to illness, injury or another serious circumstance, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange an associate or replacement photographer of comparable professional standard.
Wherever possible, Water Cloud Images will continue to manage the planning, image selection, editing and delivery. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged and the photography services cannot be provided, amounts paid for the affected services will be refunded in accordance with your photography agreement and applicable consumer law.
