The right collection usually depends on your timeline, guest count, locations, and how much of the day you want documented. Shorter celebrations may suit a smaller collection, while full wedding days with preparation, ceremony, portraits, reception, and speeches are usually better suited to longer coverage.

Each wedding collection includes a minimum number of edited images: 450+ with Essential, 650+ with Narrative and 800+ with Signature. The final gallery size depends on the length, structure and natural flow of the day.

Preview galleries are delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on your collection. Full wedding galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks.

A second photographer can be useful for larger weddings, split preparation locations, tight timelines, or when you want more angles during the ceremony and reception. If your day would benefit from one, I’ll let you know during the planning process.

Wedding-day travel is included across Wollongong, the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands and Greater Sydney. Travel outside these areas is quoted clearly before booking.

For weddings, I continue working with the conditions on the day and adjust calmly where needed. We can make practical use of sheltered areas, indoor spaces, short weather breaks, and soft natural light where available. If portraits need to be adapted, I’ll help guide that on the day.

Your date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the 25% booking retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding. Flexible payment arrangements may be available on request.

Essential includes 30 final edited images, Narrative includes 45 final edited images, and Signature includes 65+ final edited images. Essential and Narrative can also be extended with additional edited images or upgraded to the full edited gallery after delivery.

You do not need to dress formally unless that suits your family. Simple, comfortable clothing in soft or natural tones usually photographs well. Guidance can be provided before the session so everyone feels prepared without looking overly styled.

That is completely normal. Family sessions are approached calmly and flexibly, with time for children to settle, move, play and take small breaks when needed. The aim is to photograph honest family connection rather than force everything to feel perfect.

If your session is planned outdoors, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast and discuss practical options if the weather looks unsuitable. This may include adjusting the timing, changing location or rescheduling. If illness or unsafe conditions make the session unsuitable, we can also discuss rescheduling options, as family sessions work best when children are well and conditions are safe and comfortable.
